As long as he wins, I’m happy! Boy, when I posted this thread, I didn’t realize I would anger some FReepers. That was not my intention at all. I am so glad to get so many positive comments from a lot of you..I am keeping the faith! I am a Catholic, and have to admit I am so disappointed at the number of us (not myself) who voted for Obama in 2008. I certainly hope they learned their lesson! In all honesty, I do not watch any of the lame stream media channels..I would go crazy if I did. I come to Free Republic every single day to remind myself that there are many of us out there, fighting to get our country back. Somedays are harder than others, and for some reason this has been a tough week! Thanks to you, and everyone for your uplifting comments today!
I can see why you cried last night. Yesterday was a particularly brutal day of all-out propaganda from all news sources. It was like a military assault. From skewed polls to announcements that Obama is running a brilliant campaign. Now you know why people in totalitarian regimes like Islam, Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, et al believe the way they do. They lose their grip on reality because all they hear is lies.

The angry comments as well as the smart ass ones only serve to enforce the left’s cliche that conservatives are hate-filled people. And that’s sad. I wish more people would consider that before they decide to kick you in the rear instead of offering a hand up or even a great strongly worded pep talk.
