It "means more" only in the sense that if a candidate proposed to single out Israel I'd find that highly suspect - whereas, as I said, as a citizen of this country and no other earthly regime, I'm willing to consider cutting ALL foreign aid. The motivations may not directly matter to Israel, but they matter to me.

First of all, we have a treaty with Israel to protect them from extinction thru military transfers. Second, Goode DOES single-out Israel and third as long as we protect Israel we have some credibility to our other allies...if we have any left.

It makes no sense that as a self-proclaimed supporter of Israel, you wouldn’t want to remove their military aid unless we removed aid to everyone else. THEN it’s fine.
