Some are throwing away their vegetables while others are adapting to the rules by becoming industrious. In New Bedford, Massachusetts, students have created a black market - for chocolate syrup. The kiddie capitalists are smuggling in bottles of it and selling it by the squeeze, according to SouthCoastToday.com.

Just bring your lunch from home and that will save all the whining and crying!!!!!! Not that hard to figure out! Not that easy - there's lunchroom 'cops' 'trained' to make sure bagged lunches are nutritionally sound - if not - they get confiscated and go to the lunch line.

Wow! Things have changed! Big brother is here! I have no kids in school, but it would be a cold day in he## they would do that to my kids. I would sue their pants off.
My kids went to Catholic school where the parents were responsible.

If that EVER happened to my child--they would be homeschooled beginning the next semester DAY.And come to think of it, mine were (homeschooled, for the most part).
