That is a VERY low bar.

Traveling:
1) Can only be called if the player gets the ball under his basket, tucks it under his arm and runs like a running back to the opposing basket with never bouncing the ball, except for rule 2 below.
2) Can not be called ever on a star player (see Appendix A)
3) Is never to be called in the Playoffs.

Foul:
1) See Appendix B for the list of players who can be fouled without calls but will always be called for a foul for touching another player (or shows intention of touching another player).

Basketball is worse.

Trouble is, the NFL is becoming the NBA as regards officiating. And NBA officials are becoming as useless as rasslin' referees.
