That's not clear, anymore. I believe we get the lion's share of our oil from Mexico and Canada these days. And if we were 'cut off' by the Saudis, I believe the price would be driven up to the point where it would make sense for domestic US producers to get into the bidness again. And I think there would be sufficient pressure to remove the constraints on domestic producers.
