I am canning meat, hamburger, stew chucks and sausage. I am using 16, 8 and 4 ounce jars.

A pot of rice with a half pound of burger in gravy and a can of green beans makes a quick, hot and satisfying one pot dinner for four people.

Last season I made about 20 pounds of deer jerky. Packed it in vac- packs and stored in a cool place in dark green plastic totes. I always wanted to hot can beef and chicken. Need to find videos and info on it.
