SHTFplan might be a decent enough article site, but I was forced to take them of my Serious Consideration Sitelist. On two recent articles, the 9-11 Truthers came boiling out from under their rocks. I don’t give Truthers the oxygen they steal from the sparrows.

As the dollar is set to collapse the price of gold will rise fantastically. If one is very certain that the value of the dollar will collapse, the only logical position is to convert 90% of all dollars held to physical gold and silver assets. This will allow one to stay liquid and be able to 'buy back in' when the economy returns to normal...or what passes for normal with whatever currency replaces the dollar. Just be damned sure before doing so.
Personally, I don't have the guts, or the crystal ball to see what's coming.
