When Does NBC Broadcast Joe Biden Mental Meltdown of July 23, 1986?

Okay, so when does NBC or any other MSM outlet FINALLY show the video of July 23, 1986 in which Joe Biden has a looooooong extended mental meltdown? It is one of those videos that has to be seen to be believed and makes one doubt the mental stability of Biden.

The meltdown took place at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing in which Biden was screaming at and berating a calm George Shultz who was the Secretary of State then. It wasn't just what Biden was doing but HOW he was doing it. Just like a petty child complete with tossing his papers down. It is quite a remarkable video BUT still remains hidden from the public.

I originally brought this up four years ago but the response seems to be that it can't hurt Biden because the subject was South Africa. But, believe me, it was HOW he acted in that video. Biden even admitted afterwards about being embarrassed by his performance.

So WHO can find that video? I tried and came up with dead ends. The C-SPAN archive does not go back that far. It is probably in the Vanderbilt archives and I posted that info a while back but, unfortunately, nobody followed up. I just hope Vanderbilt has the COMPLETE video of that hearing.

So for any intrepid soul willing to hunt down that video, remember it must be the COMPLETE video showing the full extent of Biden's meltdown. A snippet just doesn't do it justice.

C-SPAN founder, Gov. Daniels to discuss higher education during public interview

In 2011 Purdue named its School of Communication after Brian Lamb, who founded C-SPAN - Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network - in 1977. The network's initial telecasts of the U.S. House of Representatives commenced in 1979, and today there are three C-SPAN networks offering around-the-clock coverage of the political process. Lamb stepped down this past year as CEO of C-SPAN.

Purdue also is home of the C-SPAN Archives, which records, indexes and archives C-SPAN programming. Established in 1987 for historical, educational and research uses, the archives is located at the Purdue Research Park and operated and funded by C-SPAN. All programs are digital and can be viewed for free at http://www.c-spanvideo.org/videoLibrary/

Last year, Project Impact hosted a variety of audience-interactive forums that featured national journalists, historians, issues analysts and social media executives. The series, "2012: It's Not Just Politics, It's Our Future," will continue this semester.

The Brian Lamb School of Communication is home to 974 undergraduate majors, 120 graduate students and 34 full-time faculty members. The six areas of graduate study and research are health communication; interpersonal communication; media, technology and society; organizational communication; public relations/issue management; and rhetorical studies.

Tom Easgleton was saner than Biden, and McGovern dumped him in 3 days when his past issues were discovered.....

On a personal note, the guy has been through an awful lot. I'd be willing to cut him a break, personally.

However (and you knew a "but" was coming)... On a business note, I'd not trust him with any more responsibility than mowing the lawn. And only if I was there to closely supervise.

What he's doing as VPOTUS, is beyond me, unless BO hired him as a life insurance policy.

Notice the woman sitting behind Biden—several times she has to cover her mouth to keep from showing that she’s trying to keep from laughing.
