It’s never really over in Wisc, is it? Dane County Judge tosses collective bargaining reform law
Legal Insurrection ^ | 9-14-2012 | William A. Jacobson

And the wheel keeps turning in Wisconsin. The long, strange trip is not over.

First it was Dane County Judge Sumi who interjected herself into the legislative process by striking down the collective bargaining reform law, only to be overturned by the State Supreme Court which rejected challenges to the process used to pass it

Now a different Dane County judge has struck the law down again, this time on the ground that state employees have a constitutional right to collectively bargain, and has reinstated the law as if the legislature never passed the reforms.

One would think that when a state's Supreme Court reviews a law one thing they'd do,whether they were specifically asked to or not,was to determine if it passes constitutional muster, both with the state's constitution as well as the US constitution.I'm no lawyer so I certainly could be wrong,but...

Judge Wanker here is a leftwingtard with an axe to grind. Wisconsin just isn't friendly enough to his kinda' people so he's going to make them pay and pay and pay.

What is likely to happen is the legal jurisdiction of the Dane county judges will be severely curbed

This libtard judge’s decision will eventually be overturned but in the mean time he may have just handed Wisconsin to Romney. Conservatives in this state are pissed and it will be like the recall election all over again.

They did this late on a Friday for a reason.

Gov. Walker should ignore the judge’s ruling.

There’s a picture of this guy on another thread that show’s the “esteemed” judge with two posters: one of Che and one of 2008 “Hope” Obama

This judge is one of Doyle’s butt buddies. These are the type of judges we get in Dane county because most of that county is nothing but commies.

The only thing that will come out of this is, Peter Barca won’t need viagra tonight...

It will be overturned on appeal but meanwhile this pussified judge will have the adulation of his liberal pals at this years’ “Happy Holidays Parties” in Madistan.

That’s about it. Had he ruled any other way, he’d be voted out by the loonies in his district. It’s all a big scam. We need to get state government out of Madison and leave it to rot.

I’m in favor of nullifying all of Doyl’s appointments immediately.

I agree on your thoughts. Wisconsin voters just went through this hell only to have their “scabs” picked on just annoys the heck out of them.

We knew the unions went for broke on the recall, now they’re hocking their homes, cars and first born in an attempt to block this bill.

Do they think the Wisconsin voters just FORGET the recall vote? Are the libs THAT DUMB?

...I guess so.

This judge should be reversed and recalled. Then Wisconsin should become a Right to Work State by amending its State Constitution.

They should not allow a lower court to strike down a law again, if the state’s supreme court already upheld it as valid.
