One would think that when a state's Supreme Court reviews a law one thing they'd do,whether they were specifically asked to or not,was to determine if it passes constitutional muster,both with the state's constitution as well as the US constitution.I'm no lawyer so I certainly could be wrong,but...

This libtard judge’s decision will eventually be overturned but in the mean time he may have just handed Wisconsin to Romney. Conservatives in this state are pissed and it will be like the recall election all over again.
