I hope the judge is one of those who takes a dim view of plaintiffs who bring frivolous lawsuits into Federal court. I’ve heard of plaintiffs who bring such suits being cited for contempt of court.

I’m guessing if they apologized, reprimanded the person who wrote the comment, and offered them free wings from the begining they might have diffused this situation. Now with Lawyers involved it will have to go to Court and eventually probably a nice settlement for the Offended Couple.

People need to grow a thicker skin. Where in the constitution does it say you are protected against being offended? Last time I looked the document guaranteed my right to offend you - not the other way around. Seems like this lawsuit is right up there as far as unconstitutional from the get-go!
