“What have you read?”
...months ago I read a pro Obama piece that included Rory’s support. It wasn’t solely about Rory, but he is an Obamabot. Believe me. I’m not looking for political opinions from anybody. I just want to enjoy an afternoon of golf. But when they’re libs, they can’t seem to keep thier mouths shut.

I follow golf as much as politics and Rory is not political at all. He did meet with Obama once. But at 22 (at the time) who is going to blow off meeting the U.S. President. And he did tweet that it was "cool."
Other than that, he's been apolitical. He's from Northern Ireland and a Catholic so he is well aware of political strife. I don't think you will see him dip his toes too deep into the political waters. Plus golf in general is very conservative - from sponsors to players.

I've seen that along with Richard Branson and other notables he attended a dinner at the white house honoring British PM David Cameron. But, from what I've seen he has no political interests or views. He's just a kid playing golf.
He will have a sticky situation coming up in his future when he has to decide whether to play for Britain or Northern Ireland in the Rio Olympics.
