I read the whole article today. I found this strange - Matt Stein said, “I will admit, I am really prepared for the short term. I am working toward the long term.
What? He has written two prep books and he still isn’t prepared for the long term? It seems many of us are better prepared than he is.
He also says there are too many people on earth and we need to get rid of a lot of people. I wonder if he would volunteer to be the first to be killed? I expect he wants the rest to be killed but not him.
Then, yes, he thinks climate change will kill us and it’s our fault the climate is getting hotter and we won’t be able to grow food. Again, one solution is killing people so there won’t be as many to feed.
I wouldn’t buy a book of his because he hasn’t prepared himself to live more than 72 hrs. He has a 72 hr. kit he’s proud of, but that’s pretty much it. When he says he isn’t prepared for the long term, he says he can make it a couple of months, then maybe he could hook up with some other people.
Based on his theory of getting rid of people, I wouldn’t want to be in a group with him. He wouldn’t have supplies since he’s only prepared for a short time emergency, and he might decide I am one of the people who needs to be eliminated so he can live off my supplies.
I don’t like this guy very much.
There is a prof, a Mr. Pianka, at UT Austin (Texas) who preaches to his students that ebola should be released so 90% of mankind will be killed off. Nowhere have I seen that he will be at the front of the line.
