I work in retail in a town of about 20,000. The racial balance is about fifty/fifty, white and black. The town is home to 2 black colleges. One is private and one is public.
Since Obama's election the attitude of the students is just disgusting and becoming more so as the MSM continues to inflate, overstate and outright lie about the achievements of Obama.
My job is to stock shelves and make sure the store looks good for the morning. All night long students seem to think it's their job to make this as difficult as possible. They think nothing of utterly destroying an area that I have just worked on.
The students from the private school are moderately well behaved.I assume they and their parents are paying some of the bills and have a vested interest in education. The public school students are all.. and I mean all, totally subsidized by you and me. This even includes EBT cards for their late night pizza rolls.
Obama and his stash are creating monsters. They eat what they want, destroy what they touch and have no respect for other shoppers. They think nothing of taking all the electric carts and having bumper car races in the store. They leave these carts in the parking lot and the truly handicapped find nothing but dead batteries.
I know personal rants are frowned on, but sometimes we just gotta do it. Another four years of this "give me everything for nothing" is just a step deeper into insanity.
If black people think this man is helping their children get ahead they are sadly mistaken.
A changed President won’t fix the problems you’ve described.
So what exactly is it that you think Romney is going to do to fix this for you?
That is part of the reason I live as far from the southeast as I can. I just haven’t committed to moving to Alaska...yet.

You guys could solve this problem yourselves...if you wanted to. A business owner has an absolute right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

I appreciate what you do and I will vote against Obama. Just so you know, tomorrow my husband and I are knocking on doors and speaking to registered repubs in our county. I am in a swing state and everyone must get moving! You hang in there and hold on to your job.
As for the folks that are so happy taking from us, well I pray that God forgives us for squandering his gifts and gives us a second chance. I want to believe that we will have a better America come Nov. 6.

It might be time to be assertive. You can blister their butts with the truth and not have to do it in a threatening, ugly, unlawful way. I’d flat out tell them: “It’s not Obama who’s paying your tuition and re-stocking your EBT Card; it’s me and the other people who work and pay taxes; something you don’t know anything about; now, have a nice day.” What are they gonna do; shoot ya? I’m seriously thinking that if Obama is reelected, there will be a Revolution. If he’s defeated, there will be Race Riots. He has divided this nation like no other President has ever done.
I need Obama to stay in office. My very elderly father said he refuses to die as long as that “communist SOB” is in the White House. 4 more years!!!//

I sympathize with you, but a new POTUS won’t change your situation. What is needed is a strong black leader, like, say, Obama, shaming this ghetto community. Won’t happen, will it?

But, I have seen hatred such as that you voiced, against Southerners my whole life, and even believed that I was an ignorant hick myself when I was younger. Now I fight against prejudices like yours against the South whenever I find them.
I appreciate your situation. I was in a warehouse club in AL when one of them (girl approx. 13 years old, bigger than I am) attempted to ram me with a shopping cart. I sidestepped and continued as if nothing had happened because it would have been a losing battle and furthermore I wouldn’t do well in prison. There are some truly repulsive people roaming around.
It’s a great town, and everyone has a new roof!!! I don’t expect things to change just because Obama is gone. It’s more that it has changed so much since he was elected. I have actually had a kid say “I’m gonna call my president and tell him you have an ethnic section”.
