I see Apple is suing to keep the Samsung Galaxy Note tablet off the US market, they seem skeered. Galaxy Notes look awesome, btw

Defending patents that they spent time and money to develop is running scared? Please. Apple holds patents. Apple offered to license the disputed patents to Samsung. They declined, made a knock-off and that is how we got where we are today.

Apple isn’t ‘skeered’ they own enough customer loyalty AND already dominate the market. They sued over patent infringement....and many companies do this to protect their design features.

Go buy whatever you want...frankly Apple won’t care

They are scared. They see the same thing happening in 2012 that happened to them in 1985: sensible consumers bought less expensive hardware that was more capable, while they tried to stave off the collapse of their market share by suing for "patent infringements" over ideas that were a) trivial, b) obvious or c) not even designed by them in the first place.

Samsung has eclipsed iEvil as the largest smartphone manufacturer world-wide. Don't let the fanbois at FR kid you: iEvil is skeered; and worse, every Android sold is an iPhone they don't sell, regardless of who actually makes it.
