Watching the game with my 11 yr old son. Within a span of twenty minutes, NBC shows ads for two incedibly gay tv shows (?new normal? and some other gayer than hell show).
So I decide I will flip away during the commercials.
Halftime comes on and they do a 'news' segment on the DNC convention. Dick Gregory (I think that's his name) was gushing about bill clinton's star power ... he must have nearly soiled himself ... appeared to be experiencing a chrissy mathews style tingle.
Makes it tough to enjoy the game.

What did the weather channel do? Celebrate gay pride every time there’s a rainbow?
They had a plug for their new show “The New Normal” during the game which is about a male couple and their surrogate mom starring foul-mouthed hater of Pro-Lifers and conservatives Ellen Barkin.
You don’t know the half of it. I work in Hollywood and every one I know who is conservative, right wing or even moderate left NBC U for obvious reasons.
I personally even knew 2 “persons” ( to protect against lib trolls) who couldn’t stand the liberal crap they had to endure when it comes to TV development. They both head to Paramount and they enjoy the environment. Let’s put it this way..it was not coincidence that Iron Man was green lit.

I never sit through anything live anymore if it is network. Just cannot tolerate the commercials and garbage. Insist the wife do the same with the dreck she watches.
Yep, too much “Do this in these kind of weather events”. Stuff anyone would know naturally if raised and taught right.

Luckily I’m a JETS fan so I was able to send a message to NFL and turn it off period.

I’m a fan of the pickup and I think he is going to really add positives in the run and special teams game for us.
I know what he can do, he burned us last year and I was thinking, MAN we could really use some of that.

I cannot stand how they’re pushing gay propaganda. And I say this as a person who cries every time I watch Brokeback Mountain. But that is a movie, not a prime time t.v. show, which many children may see.
“The New Normal”? I think not. Not for most of America. I have no antipathy towards gay people, but I don’t like the agenda pushed upon the rest of us, particularly our children.
