I think it was very powerful, and I hope independents see it as well as Paulistas who think there is no difference between Obama and Romney.

They won't see it for a simple reason: their belief structure is built on the assertion that there is no difference. They won't subject that to the possibility that they are wrong or everything will become senseless to them. And as we have seen with liberal Democrats, that sort of mindset will lead them to believe anything, no matter how absurd, or disbelieve anything, no matter how damning the proof, if it will simply allow them to keep believing what perpetuates their world view.

I was writing another post when I was looking at some quotes from Alice In Wonderland. When you wrote: "They won't see it for a simple reason: their belief structure is built on the assertion that there is no difference. They won't subject that to the possibility that they are wrong or everything will become senseless to them."

and,

"that sort of mindset will lead them to believe anything, no matter how absurd, or disbelieve anything, no matter how damning the proof, if it will simply allow them to keep believing what perpetuates their world view."

I thought of this quote:

As Alice said, "If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?"

I believe 2016: Obama's America has opened up in you profound insights into the insanity of the totalitarian Left.
