You want to see a good YouTube channel about weapons?
You should try Hickok45.

(The song ends at about 1:40....THEN THE FUN BEGINS!!)
He has the best videos about guns, ammo, reloading, etc.

Ive yet to read an argument for not carrying a .40Me either. .40 has a lot more knock-down ability than a 9mm, but it also has more recoil. I read somewhere that since its introduction in 1911 (same year as the venerable Colt .45), the 9mm Luger cartridge has killed more people than all other pistol calibers combined?

If a civilian needs more than 9 rounds, its because he went looking for trouble. That's the kind of "off the cuff" comment that gives confidence to the know-nothing hoplophobes.

And...as far as YouTube is concerned...my authority of choice has been and shall always be...Hickock 45! My favorite and highly entertaining! This. I'm just posting these videos to see what people say. I like Hickok45 and MrColionNoir.

I always liked the Mustang. I was a 1911 guy for 20 years. I’m just posting these because I knew they’d get some good comments.

Here is another from the same guy where he discusses revolvers...I still am more comfortable, and therefore more apt to carry, my S&W .38 Airweight over my p30 Ruger 9mm.

My one armed encounter, I wasn’t carrying a Glock or a 1911. It was a J-Frame.

My dream concealed carry pistol is a Barrett M82. It's not terribly good for concealment, and it gets heavy by the end of the day, but it scores top marks in every other category.

Anybody can say whatever they want to about caliber, expansion, muzzle energy and all. The 2 things that matter most are shot placement and penetration. The others are window dressing.
