Sarah, you have done great things for the conservative cause, but continuing to tout John McCain as some sort of hero only proves that you are suffering from the political equivalent of battered wife syndrome, hasn’t it occurred to you that the reason the 2008 ticket you were on failed to win, was NOT because of you, but because of McCain and his toadies who started stabbing you in the back from the gitgo?
God love ya, you stand for all the values and beliefs that have made America great, however you have got to recognize that you were set up, left to twist in the wind, and abandoned by those rotten sons o’ bitches.
Wake up gal, McCain was not, is not, and never WILL be your friend. He USED you. At least Romney is fighting, McCain threw the election, especially after he realized that you had damn near won it for him.
Why in the world should John “I’m really a Leftist Dumbocrat” McCain be allowed to speak at the R.N.C.? This has got to be some kind of sad joke. I actually thought Mitt would ask him to be his V.P., that’s how screwed up I think the world is nowadays.
Sarah, Sarah, Sarah... Hasn’t McCain done enough to you, and the rest of us? I wonder if she believes he really had no clue what his “handlers” were doing to her during the campaign. I have problems reconciling her statements on the issues and her love for John McCain - it doesn’t make all that much sense to me... [Unless of course she’s trying to keep her friends close and her enemies closer??? Perhaps kissing up to keep herself in the loop???]
I don’t doubt that she has respect for him, I don’t doubt that she wishes him well on his birthday, but why in the world would she be interviewing and making a big deal about McCain when it’s Paul Ryan’s big night?? Like I said, I’m having trouble reconciling these words and actions...
I think there has to be more to the story, and that it has a lot to do with the producers at FOX news - something’s going on, but none of it makes a lot of sense at this point.

Who else generates this much activity in under one hour of posting?
Who wanted her to sing the praises of McCain? Certainly, not I. If she was going to spend the night ripping a hole though Obama, that would be keen but a bunch of interviews praising a party traitor is more than I’d care to stomach.
Maybe we should cancel FOX.
Sarah ping!
Oh man. They should have let her replace that annoying Megyn Kelly or snooty Peggy Noonan. For the record, I didn’t even watch Fox coverage. Didn’t want to hear the idiotic commentary and see the Hurricane split screen. Watched on CSPAN uninterrupted. Will do the same tonight and form my own opinions.
The reason would Palin’s interview with Megyn Kelley last night. It was horrible.
Palin sounded lifeless, she began by saying good things about Ann Romney, but then veered into negative remarks about her children all being blessed and privileged. Juan Williams got kicked off for making similar remarks earlier, so when Palin did it they had to respond the same way.

As a former fan, my current question for Sarah is what her role is in the conservative movement - cheerleader? And now wannabe cheerleader for the despicable McCain? Sheesh!

Speculated on everyone from Joe Lieberman to Clint Eastwood.
Maybe it's Sarah? Maybe she's traveling? We can always hope!
Whatever.....Sarah will get plenty of face time when her new book comes out. Or her new reality TV show gets a sponsor. Or.....whatever.
Sarah will find just how tough it gets in trying to stretch your 15 minutes of fame by 15 or 30 or 45 more.
In the real world, Condi is giving a great speech tonight!
Fox cancels interviews? Hmmm...could it possibly be that they suspect that Palin will be speaking in the “open” spot at the GOP convention tonight? Inquiring minds want to know!
Strange...
