Probably. I remember he committed voter fraud in a local election and wasn't prosecuted.
He nearly won American Idol on a fraudulent image of a kind, responsible, Faith-centered, heterosexual young man while he was a vicious, cut-throat behind the scenes, pursuing sexual hookup with men found via the internet then lying to his fans when one of these trysts revealed his secret.
In my book, he's as vile as they come. He gives homosexuals a bad name like that "Queen of Nice" fraud Rosie O'Donnell.

I knew Arsenio was going to win. Clay’s homosexuality tied Arsenio’s blackness. Arsenio’s homo/aids charity “trumped” Clay’s inclusion charity. Arsenic was clearly a twofer.

Doesn't matter if he was an acknowledged "out of the closet" homosexual or not in Season 2, everyone either knew or suspected it.
