After seeing him a short while ago, being interviewed by Megyn Kelly, followed up by watching some of his speeches on Youtube, my vote is for Evan Draim, a 17 year old, who is the youngest delegate at the convention.

EXTREMELY unlikely it would be Palin, especially if appearing before Rubio. NO, look for a Zell Miller redux with Artur Davis. That would be a nice crowd-warmer for Marco.
