Actor Samuel L. Jackson says it's 'unfair' that Isaac missed the GOP convention

Twitter has been the site of some seriously deranged Hollywood lefties musings on Isaac and their wish that it would have killed Republicans, or disrupted the convention.

Samuel L. Jackson:

"Samuel L. Jackson on Monday tweeted it was "unfair" that Tropical Storm Isaac had spared the GOP convention in Tampa and appeared to be heading for New Orleans.

Jackson said in a profanity-filled tweet that he was "not understanding God's plan" given the fact that the storm was not disrupting the Republican gathering. "GOP spared by Isaac! NOLA prolly f----- again!"

Less than a half-hour later, Jackson apologized for the earlier tweet, writing that it had stirred up a hornet's nest. "Apologies to God, Tampa, da GOP& Isaac(sp)! Who played the Race card?!," he said on Twitter.

"Unfair s---," the Oscar-nominated actor known for his colorful language said on Twitter. Not to be outdone, Ellen Barkin actually wished for the death of pro-life Republicans by retweeting this:

"EllenBarkin C'mon #Isaac! Wash every pro-life, anti-education, anti-woman, xenophobic, gay-bashing, racist SOB right into the ocean! #RNC"

I like this new civility in politics, don't you?

Jackson said in a profanity-filled tweet that he was “not understanding God’s plan”

Maybe he doesn’t understand that G-d is against abortion and gay marriage?

he was "not understanding God's plan"

From my perspective, there is a lot of God's plan the Samuel L. Jackson doesn't understand.

I never go to the movies anymore.

And I am SO careful about what I put in my Netflix Queue, or even watch on TV.

I can NOT, in conscience, put another penny into the pockets of these evil people.

If everybody did the same, I am sure they would change their tune asap.

A nasty, racist piece of sh!t. He has about as much compassion and selflessness as a frigging rock. I won’t
watch a movie with him in it anymore.

There is one thing Mr. Jackson should be happy about...Republican Abraham Lincoln. Also, the thousands that died to free blacks. If this had not happened, Mr. Jackson would probably be washing a liberals limo and mowing his lawn! Stupid fools!

I would remind Samuel L. Jackson and Ellen Barkin (who said much worse) that conservatives go to the movies, too, and we have lots of choices. We can easily avoid their movies.

Missing Tampa could be the best thing that ever happened to the Democrats. By planting a target on N'awlins on the anniversary of Katrina, it becomes Katrina 2.0. Never mind that Isaac is a Cat 1 storm while Katrina was a Cat 3.

If Isaac causes a storm surge of anything more than about 6 inches, it will give the Dems and their lapdog media an opportunity to remind America of what is still perceived as a major Bush failure. The fact that the lion's share of the blame for a failed response lay with the Mayor of New Orleans and utterly incompetent response systems.

Obama has already held his, "Don't worry, I'm on it." presser this morning. The discussions in the media will be about how Obama learned the lesson of George Bush's failure and has gotten out ahead of the problem. Never mind that the problem is nowhere near the scale of Katrina.

And to top it off it gives the nets the opportunity to break into convention coverage regularly to give updates on the extraordinary federal response that will avert this catastrophe.

As Rahm always says, "Never let a good crisis go to waste."

Don't worry, I'm on it.

he was "not understanding God's plan"

Hollywood liberals believe in God? Well, after the type of lives they live, wonder what they will do on Judgment Day...when God unveils his plan for their eternity. Will they understand, then?
