Mine is worn out and gets 15.

But I’m so old I remember when diesel was cheaper
than gasolene.

$3.95 here in Ga or more in town.

I love diesels.
I have a 2007 Dodge Quad Cab with the older 5.7 engine.
The worst mileage I ever got was 17mpg (hand calculated) towning 7k in a car carrier.
The best I ever got was 23mpg at 65mph (hand calculated).
I watch the rpm and fuel economy closely as I accelerate.
I know that the Cummins is far more efficient than the GM diesels but the GM is a much nicer ride... but at a cost.
