SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co's flagship Galaxy smartphone looks very similar to Apple's iPhone, but the South Korean firm has not violated the iPhone design, a Seoul court ruled on Friday.

They have $100 billion in the bank yet are never labeled as evil money makers like Microsoft or Exxon by the left.
Apple is the worst of the double-standards. And now they are suing Samsung for "rounded corners" ad a large screen? Give me a break.
Own a Samsung Salaxy and love it. Would never touch an Apple.
Could you link me to the court case between Xerox and Apple.
I’m not able to find it. It must be out there if Apple stole the concept of the mouse from Xerox. I’d like to see what the settlement or court judgement was.

BTW: I’m glad to her that Salaxy is working out for you. I had heard it had vaporware issues.
Your accusations toward Apple lack merit. As I understand it from Quigley, Xerox owned a little piece of Apple and ordered Bob Taylor to give a briefing to Jobs and Woz on their current work. Xerox Corporate had no clue what they had, but had been sending funding to PARC for a number of years, and thought that Apple might make some use of it. Jobs and Apple didn’t steal those concepts from Xerox, but were gifted them from a management that had no clue. It’s hard to blame Jobs and Apple for making use of that gift.
