It seems like he was famous for being an alcoholic and drug addict. That’s kind of weird.
Anyway, too bad he’s dead.

Will he be buried in a Kovar casket?

“Celebrity Rehab”
I like Dr. Drew who oversees that show, but they seem to have a very high fatality rate. These addictions can be difficult to overcome, but it seems like something isn’t right with the treatment...or the treatment is not worthwhile because the damage is done.

I’m old enough to remember when MTV first started and, as a 16 year-old, I loved it. Nothing but music videos. Then in the mid-to-late ‘80s they changed and began adding game shows, etc. They also began to take on a more direct leftist slant. I never looked back.
Regarding The Real World, anyone remember an early season that featured a young man (in a cowboy hat) who was a Christian? The rest of the cast gave him lots of grief. I liked him.

Need to crack down on drug dealer and users in Chicago. Zero tolerance. Does that include all the drugs to which Kovar was addicted - including alcohol? Do you know how this nation's last crackdown on alcohol turned out?

He was a recovering addict, but MTV thought it was a good idea to move him to Hollywood for The Real World.
