Bob retired from the Senate because,in his words,he needed to recharge his soul.

Then he moved to the Upper East Side of Manhattan to do it.

I can’t believe he has 34% support.

Here’s an ad idea for the Fisher campaign: An ad to the tune of “Welcome Back, Kotter”, showing Kerrey returning to Nebraska after retiring to NYC when he left the Senate. Welcome back, Kerrey! Your dreams were your ticket out. Welcome back. To that same hick state that you laughed about.

Good news. GOP candidates have big leads in WI, MO, and NE Senate races.

Pardon my cluelessness, but would NE be a GOP senate pick up?

Kerrey should never have agreed to this run (nomination). And I feel a bit bad for him because he’s a true military hero and often stood up to his party’s worst excesses.

Nebraska Democrats would have been wise to simply “tank this set” (to use an old tennis expression). They weren’t and aren’t gonna win this one. They should have nominated someone who is a young up-and-comer, get him or her some name recognition and practice in an eventual 10-points-or-more loss to Fischer. But no: they got desperate and begged New Yorker Bob Kerrey to agree to move BACK to their state.

Unfortunately for Kerrey, he listened.

Is NE-2 the district where barky won an EV?
What happened to it in redistricting? Hope it didn’t get even more blue!
