A bartender once told me that a drop of Visine in a patron’s drink would cause diahrea. Sometimes a good customer would have too much to drink. The bartender does not want to offend the customer by cutting him off. A drop of Visine makes him go away. A drop of dish detergent in the drink will make him go away and puke.

My ex wife tried to kill me with furniture polish.
I hit a stretch where I kept slipping and falling down in the kitchen every few days where I was in my stocking feet.
One day I was sitting at the bar between the kitchen and living room while my wife was spraying air freshener around in the kitchen behind me. I happened to notice the can on the bar next to me said “Air Freshener” on it so I asked he to show me the can she was using. She handed me the near identical can and it was furniture polish.
