I’m “over”weight; have been for most of the past 27 yrs. Have spent many years since I was 40 yrs. old vainly dieting to “try” to be thin. Am now 66 yrs. old and SICK and TIRED of it. - I’m old. I’m going to enjoy the food I have to for the most part COOK. - I was fairly thin up to and past 40. Husband then began to be unwell, had a surgery every year just about for the next 20 yrs. - I’ve had to eat to keep up my energy to be able to take care of him, plus all the other duties - housekeeper, maid, secretary, chauffeur service, nursemaid, etc. - Thank the Lord, he always bounces back; but I’ve told him when nagged about my weight that he knows where the old girlfriends are at, and if he can catch them between husbands, he’s welcome to ‘em and vice versa if he can git ‘em.
