It will not and cannot be a sharp veering right turn, but it will be a new course and the best achievable course. It will be a course of repeal and restructuring. It will be a course of legal remedies of current illegalities, jail, perhaps even death for the Gitmoites. It will be an end and a beginning. An end to Obamacare and a beginning on a new legislative effort to thrash out in public view a new course for health care will be on the agenda. There will be a new retirement progrm for those not yet come of age. It will place bets on America, the American economy and not on the governments ability to collect ever decreasing taxes.
