Might be a market to load them on deadhead tractor trailer to market areas. I know I see the occasional flatbed with a buttload of used pallets on them.

Deadhead trucks can be had for low $s/mile.

I hate wasting resources. Give me a pile of horsecrap, and after I quit looking for the pony, I'm going to figure out how to use it to turn a profit. ;)
