I personally like the vinegar and Milk of Magnesia approach. When you first mux them, it is cloudy. As you continue to stir it, (assuming you used distilled vinegar), it will soon become totally clear.

Then, you basically have ionic magnesium, and I have never had the “normal” reaction to too much magnesium.

(the normal reaction is for your intestines to flll with fluid and it all has to go somewhere...)

so does it act as a diuretic?

Also.. doesn't mixing it with Vinegar cause the acid to change or bond with the magnesium so that it does not have the same effect internally? (Maybe it needs to bond with something inside your body)
