They’ve been seen as far East as CT and MA. It was widely denied until one got hit on one of the highways in CT. It was tracked back to the Dakotas.

Big kitty. A coyote killed a friend's dog this week and the postmistress said she sees coyotes in the yard in front of the church across the street some mornings.
