Uncle Chip - thanks for posting ‘the other side of the story.’ I stand with the family. There has been no due process. Very convenient to blame one dead person, who cannot be ‘innocent until proven guilty.’ There are still administrators and powers that be AT Penn State who were part of the cover-up. JP was not the President of Penn State, and he is not the only person involved in this.

Due process. Innocent until proven guilty. I am sorry the statue was taken down.

Jay Paterno should not be so bold as to claim to know what is good - or not - for the victims.

It is understandable he is upset - but these public statements from Jay have done nothing to help the Paterno family.

Remember - Scott Paterno was JoePa’s legal counsel up until the SHTF
