Is it ethical for a lawyer to publish this kind of information alleged by a lying client? Wouldn’t Baez be vulnerable to a suit by the father? I’m also wondering who paid him, at least to the extent he was paid. Was it the client’s father who he is now slandering, and did in the trial? This Baez is one mega piece of slime, fully worthy of his client.

Casey's mother and father were almost certainly accessories after the fact. The father will not sue because the discovery phase of a civil suit could potentially expose him to criminal liability, and Baez knows it.
