I am seeing more and more around the country reports like this one. The Judges and to a close degree lawyers have really presented to the public at large that they are above the law. With Judges in particular though this appearance is very dangerous. We have granted them privileges beyond all others because they are supposed to be impartial and leave emotion out of their verdicts aka ‘Judgements’.

However when their Political, Religious or any other ‘Beliefs’ come into conflict with a case they are supposed to be neutral and impartial over and they don’t recuse themselves then their impartiality is questioned. And rightly so.

Now, when their judgements are so out-of-whack with the law and the facts surrounding the cases presented to them it becomes paramount that the citizenry remove them from the bench.

That egotistical SOB judge is drunk with power. I don’t care how emotional he feels about whatever happened. When he is up for re-election this tape should be played over and over. It is VERY unprofessional for him to behave like this. What a jackass.

I believe the Judge’s actions are sufficiently extreme so as to protect Haige from retribution.

The Dishonorable "Chip" Watkins is one of those judges/lawyers "of a certain age" who don't know the first thing about the Interwebs or computers because "they're important" and "have people for that", and didn't learn about these things because the computer revolution happened after they got their degrees granting them access to the privileged world of the Power Hungry Legal Conspiracy.

I could get this buffoon's life history in 20 minutes. It's all there - White Pages, Zillow, landline.

Oh, and he probably doesn't understand about YouTube, either - but one of his grandchildren will fill him in: "Grandpa, why are you foaming at the mouth in your video? All my friends are wondering what's wrong with you..."
