Sounds like a Judge I once had to deal with who during a hearing declared that Prozac and Zanex were not psychotropic drugs, therefor my assertion that she was abusing both at the same time had no bearing as to the safety and care of my 6 year old son.

psy·cho·tro·pic    [sahy-koh-troh-pik] Show IPA adjective

1. affecting mental activity, behavior, or perception, as a mood-altering drug. Sarkis Clinical Trials www.sarkisclinicaltrials.com/ Quality medical research & care ADHD, Depression, Bipolar, Insomnia Ad noun

2. a psychotropic drug, as a tranquilizer, sedative, or antidepressant.

I stopped the hearing at that point to consult with my attorney, who did not object to that assertion, and ended the whole thing prepared to take the lumps I was going to get whether it went on or not. I estimate that I saved myself the remainder of the attorney's fees for myself and my ex.
