A coalition of African-American pastors is calling on blacks to boycott President Barack Obama and sign a petition demanding that the administration withdraw support for gay marriage.
The group, the 1,300-member Coalition of African-American Pastors, says it was snubbed by Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder when it demanded a meeting to discuss same-sex unions. The group had requested the meeting last month.
“By embracing gay marriage, President Obama is leading the country down an immoral path,” Rev. William Owens, president of the Memphis-based coalition, said on Friday, The Washington Examiner reports. “Some things are bigger than the next election.”
The pastors are angered with Obama’s recent endorsement of gay marriage. But the president has not suggested that he would back federal legislation permitting same-sex marriage.

The shame will last until election day, when they vote for Obama again.
Refreshing to see that at least a few black Americans are willing to abandon Obama over a moral issue. Whether this religious group will be a factor in diluting Obama’s normally gargantuan share of the ‘ black vote’ or will simply be a blip on the electoral radar, as it were, is unknown at this point. However, even if this doesn’t damage Obama’s death-grip on his black ‘base’ it’s a welcome change to see black ministers that are willing to call out Obama on the ‘gay marriage’ issue.
Many probably will vote for obama anyway BUT some, a few, will act on their consciences. And in a close election those few could make the difference. Remember, barry only won North Carolina by less than one percent of the vote.
Actually many I have been reading are considering not bothering to vote at all. They can’t find it within themselves to vote against blood, but they can simply not vote, and that seems to be what many are planning at this time.

I have two points to make.
First —Obama supports Homosexuals because they support him.
He supported them for the money mostly and also because he may have leaning that way himself.So if they want Obama to turn against the queers , they need to come up with more cash than the previous bidders.
Second: The black preachers may have forgotten the hold that black has on Black people. If the preachers go against Obama too strongly , they will find themselves preaching to empty pews.

I remember my Elderly Aunt telling me the first time she heard Lord Obama speak, she knew he was a phony.
My Aunt has been Blind since her mid 20’s due to Glaucoma, but she sees things much more clearly than any Liberal I ever met.
Blacks have willingly voted for Democrats who have openly supported homosexual marriage for decades and they aren’t about to change just because Obama came out of the closet.
Is support for "gay marriage" their only complaint? If so, they have missed the mark by miles.
Yes, they must remember that if a white person votes for a white candidate when a black candidate is available that is racism. When a white person votes for a black Republican when a black or white Democrat is available that is also racism but when all black people vote for a black candidate simply because he is black or vote for a white candidate simply because he is a Democrat that is just normal behavior. Did I get it about right?

Every Democrat knows they are in the party of felons, abortion, anti-Christianism/social Marxism, gay sexual special rights, Black thugs, Muslim thugs, Black and Hispanic racists, man/boy and adult/child sex, communists, socialists, Eugenics, poverty, globalists/internationalists, open borders, etc.
