Thats nice, but for that to work we would need to amend the US Constitution. The amendment would have to say something like "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

With an Amendment like that, the SCOTUS could have never approved obongocare.
