Good Morning Class. Welcome to School!

Here is my example with WFTD.

He's ineffable in his own mind. and while his wifey may be out mouthing these things, i doubt she believes that this stinky mess is a demi-god.

My reaction to Roberts— ineffable
Though the adjectives used were all “F”-able
They’re supposed to be an ump
But The Court took a dump
On an issue that just should be “ref” -able

The nation's despair over Roberts' flip on the Supreme Court is ineffable.

We use the word “ineffable” a lot in the Orthodox Church, usually referring to God and his grace toward us. And truly ineffable things happen to us in the Orthodox Sacraments.

However, in describing the things that happened in DC last week, the REAL word to use is “unspeakable”:

b. inexpressibly bad : horrendous—unspeakable living conditions—unspeakable evil—

Teacher: Please use ineffable in a sentence.

My belief in the sanctity of the Constitution is ineffible, but Obama is sure effing trying.

More like his O-ministration is a disaster of Biblical proportions...

Remember the days when the mere mention of his middle name was ineffable? Now it might as well be the same as their 2004 Candidate — John F’n Kerry*

Did you see the discussion on Free Republic on “pleonasm” yesterday? Maybe it could be word of the day one of these days. Can’t remember what thread prompted it.

ple·o·nasm (pl -n z m). n. 1. a. The use of more words than are required to express an idea; redundancy. b. An instance of pleonasm.
