Did you ever try the cx recipe I sent? I made it today and it freakin rocksVision, I have not, yet. We have been so slammed with work this spring and summer that I can barely keep up with housework. I have not done any special recipes or cooking outside the basics, including frozen DiGiorno's pizza. The exception is that today I made a double batch of my killer chocolate chip cookies--a rarity.
Keith smoked a pork loin yesterday evening.

If I may be so bold, you must try this recipe. Marinate for 24 hours, cook over indirect heat and finish over direct heat. I promise this is the real thing. I'll be happy to resend the recipe.
