100,000 IRS Agents empowered to carry out the hangings and forfeitures.
Those documenting to the IRS that they have completed Obama-Roberts Reeducation (ORR) are exempt.
"Only 25,000,000 are expected to pay the tax." says ORR spokesman Bill Ayers. "Once penalties were recast as taxes by the Roberts Court, it was very easy to get the law passed and find an existing agency already equiped to enforce it."
But who knew the power to destroy is the power to tax?
Chief Justice Roberts said that 'there are penalties trivial enough to be, in effect, taxes.' So what is the tipping point where one thing suddenly becomes another? It's like the whore for $50 or $50,000 a night.
Obviously, all penalties up to and including nuclear annihilation are actually taxes.
No hope for Roberts. He might as well resign now.
The damage he has done to this court is enormous. America would be much better off if an honorable president reversed FDR’s plan by reducing the number of justices to four: Thomas, Kennedy, Scalia and Alito.
How could those four be civil to the other five?
I for one intend to treat this treachery as I’ve treated the muslim 9/11 murder of 3,000 Americans!
Climb down off your highchair, Roberts, you are a disgrace to your oath, the court and the Consitution!

America IS in our hands, how we respond will determine our future. The Silent Majority needed another kick in the pants to re-motivate to a degree sufficient to overcome those that will take our liberty.
Ayers also said..."they estimated that they’d have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say eliminate, I mean kill 25 million people".
The same 25,000,000? Ayers has softened in his old age with this tax instead of kill BS. < /sarc >
