4 did that. 1 decided the court can’t be seen as political by the leftist media and got cute trying to push it back to the voters so ‘his’ court doesn’t get bad press. . This is not a tax. He rewrote the law. The odds are good we never get out of this death spiral and it is due to one man

If it is not a tax, the law is unconstitutional as Congress will have exceeded it’s authority. This law may only be remedied in the place of it’s origin, the US House.

If the current officeholders are reluctant to do what is necessary, we will replace them. As this is a tax law, only 50 votes will be necessary along with a Vice President. Of course the current criminals occupying the White House will need to be removed.

Another way to look at this is in regard to active judges creating legislation from the bench. For too many years to count, we conservatives have railed against judges who exceeded their authority. Now comes a Cheif Justice who insists on doing his job and no more, and look at his castigation.

He did his duty, now I will do mine, I vote.
