As I have posed several times here about Robert’s decision:
Before I join any group and dump all over Roberts, I think I will wait and see how this plays out as we approach the elections. I just have a gut feeling that Roberts is playing a back game and his naysayers will be caught with their embarrassment showing. I think, in the end, Roberts will be exonerated.
I could be wrong, but for now I will just wait this one out before condemning him.
While the idea of a well planned jiu jitsu move that will play out to thoroughly punk the Democrats certainly crossed my mind — why write crap into case law in order to do that? Roberts has been hired as a servant. Not as a philosopher king! Just overturn the turd and let the chips fall where they may, which would be with Obama having egg on his face trying to justify what he tried to do.

Im starting to feel the same way. If they would have voted it down it would have been more advantagous to the rats and rat boy right up to the election but it now being classified as tax has gotten the fire lit across the board, waking up many who are riding on the fence with Romney, many who are still asleep and increasing the ranks in the Romney camp knowing the last chance we have to kill this is with the people on November 6. Could this have been a way of saving the face of the supreme court as a “partisan conservative agenda driven body” and also labeling it as a TAX which lights a fire and an ultimatum, elections have consequences only the people can fix this wrong. If it is this is a nice checkmate moment
A back game that only Roberts understands??? Roberts is singlehandedly going to cure us of our ills with Obambcare and Obama???, while the real conservatives on the court are doing groups face slaps for not realizing that Roberts has left them sitting in the dust for his genius???
And in the meantime we can shut up and sit it out while the 'real' brilliance of Roberts in his masterful moves in the Arizona criminal alien decision unfolds in our Country's favor???
And the liberal louses on the court are high fiving each other with the realization that Roberts is dumber than they are??? Or that Roberts pulled one on John Q. Public that even they woudn't have the guts to try???
I think the best bet is to continue to pound on Roberts in the event that a miracles happens that we have enough people in congress after the election who can and will impeach the Chief Justice...And hopefully we can make enough noise that Roberts won't be beforgottin when the dust settles...
