Im starting to feel the same way. If they would have voted it down it would have been more advantagous to the rats and rat boy right up to the election but it now being classified as tax has gotten the fire lit across the board, waking up many who are riding on the fence with Romney, many who are still asleep and increasing the ranks in the Romney camp knowing the last chance we have to kill this is with the people on November 6. Could this have been a way of saving the face of the supreme court as a “partisan conservative agenda driven body” and also labeling it as a TAX which lights a fire and an ultimatum, elections have consequences only the people can fix this wrong. If it is this is a nice checkmate moment

He was put there to decide the constitutionality of passed laws.
He changed the nature of the law that came before them. Then he upheld it as constitutional. He didn’t have the authority to do that...he did it anyway and of course will get away with it because he would have to be removed from his position by impeachment and that won’t happen.
Mark Levin points out that the bill isn’t constitutional even as a tax. It fails either way, yet Roberts said, oh by the way, as a tax, it stands. Worst of all possible worlds. The word tax, under the constitution, actually has a defined meaning, and this dodo bird Roberts invented does not fall under the constitutional meaning of tax.
He was supposed to be chief justice of the United States Supreme Court.

You are in severe denial. Roberts, like bush and Obama do not give a damn about us. F all of them.
A back game that only Roberts understands??? Roberts is singlehandedly going to cure us of our ills with Obambcare and Obama???, while the real conservatives on the court are doing groups face slaps for not realizing that Roberts has left them sitting in the dust for his genius???
And in the meantime we can shut up and sit it out while the 'real' brilliance of Roberts in his masterful moves in the Arizona criminal alien decision unfolds in our Country's favor???
And the liberal louses on the court are high fiving each other with the realization that Roberts is dumber than they are??? Or that Roberts pulled one on John Q. Public that even they woudn't have the guts to try???
I think the best bet is to continue to pound on Roberts in the event that a miracles happens that we have enough people in congress after the election who can and will impeach the Chief Justice...And hopefully we can make enough noise that Roberts won't be beforgottin when the dust settles...

This is the type of thing naive folks say as they see other folks being dragged off to concentration camps. It’s called DENIAL. And I guess, for the time being anyhow, you have a Constitutional right to your denial beliefs.
As for me, I’m not going to allow myself to be lulled into denial. Whether he did so of his own accord or was coerced, Roberts has become an enabler of the oppressors and statists. He’s handed them a new tool that is unconstrained and allows them carte blanche to punish actions or inactions they disapprove of by simply saying they’re employing a tax.
Well I guess we’re screwed then. I vote that we fire everyone in the government and start over from scratch, with a clause added to the constitutional oath that they get their ass kicked if the don’t uphold the constitution. I’m serious by the way. They all need to be fired.
