I was once a “precision squad” choreographer and wish I’d seen these ideas then. The best though seem to be from American High School drum-lines. As a motorcyclist however, and just a bit familiar with the two cycle engines of the time, how in the heck are those scenes not totally smoked out?

Back in 1965-1967 I was in the 74th Army Band at Ft Harrison Indiana.

By law, the only things in front of an army band are the color guard and any police escort such as mounted police on motorcycles.

One day during the Indy 500 parade two copy on motorcycles collided with the result that one officer fell off his bike and the bike continued without rider through the band.

we had to break formation and run to avoid being hit.

You are right...no smoke....Could these be U.S. Army surplus Indian bikes ?
