Nothing that exotic. He just was afraid of all those nasty op-eds in the NY Times and Washington Post which were going to accuse him of single-handedly destroying the crowning achievement of America’s First Black President.

The guy religiously reads and internalizes all of his press clippings apparently.

Folks, We’ve got to stop second guessing this Justice. He’s handed us the best possible outcome and you act like don’t even know it!

a) He perforated the fabric of the lie that this is somehow NOT a tax. IT IS A TAX... so he LIED and he LIED BIG TIME.

b) He struck down the commerce clause argument thus teeing it up for an easy repeal. You cant filibuster this because it’s a budget item. It will be passed in committee and you only need 51 votes not 60.

c) He gave the administration a Phyrric Victory. We’ve bent like the reed. The democrats are popping champagne corks right now, but later on they’re going to be weeping into their stemware once they discover that obama no longer has a campaign issue. Instead he has a broken promise as everyone realize that he just implemented a new tax on the people who can least afford it!

I’m waiting for all of this to play out before i jump out the window.

I think it’s most delicious that We’ll be laughing last :-)

Now Focus on the economy!
