Roberts did not have to agree that the mandate was a TAX. Contrarily, Obama and the Democrats INSISTED it was not a tax. He merely had to state that it did not pass muster under the Commerce Clause and let it stand there, he did not have to side with the crew of idiots that transmutated the mandate part into a tax and therefore keep the mandate in tact. A traitor in my opinion who does not understand what it means to be a free American.

It appears the SC was looking for a way to uphold the mandate. And they found it in the form of a Tax.
He always looked like some new world order plant, a simmering-psychotic robot with one of those plastic faces. I seriously wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a programmed robot.
