i am talking about ear piercing here, not abortions. And of course they can refuse to do whatever, but Dave’s point was that ear piercing is not a medical job and that is just ridiculous. Saying that piercing your baby’s ears yourself rather than having a medical professional do it is the proper course is just wrong. I am astounded that nurses would refuse to something culturally common. ESP in texas.

Medical professionals should beware. Have you read through the new HC bill yet? You may find ObamaCare has different rules.
