At the time Rockefeller developed Williamsburg, most historians thought that the original site of Jamestowne Fort had slipped into the river.

A wonderful story. I have been to Jamestown and will go again.
But let's not get too excited: this is at root a story about white, Christian, English speaking people. And the guy who owned the sundial was likely gentry, a rich white man. These are people who, like Arizona, would be outside Obama’s protection.

You really believe that??

Remember, Rockefeller secretly started buying all the property in Williamsburg until he got caught.

I did research there for a year.
