Great news! So happy you are seeing great again!
I know doctors say if we live long enough, we end up with Cataracts. I am not quite ready to have one removed from my right eye. It is very small and seems to be stationary for the time being and not in my vision field. Guess sooner or later it will. I am 71 and my parents both had cataract surgery when they were in their 70’s.
It is wonderful that the surgery is so very safe and easy now. I remember the old days when one had to be in the hospital for days with sandbags holding one’s head from moving!!! Then they had to wear big thick glasses to see!

You could try taking L taurine. It needs be L taurine. I first learned about it removing cataracts when my cat had a big one going across his eye. A pet naturalist told me about giving him L taurine and it wasn't too long and it was gone. Later I had a dog that upon occasion would get cataracts. When I gave him L taurine they disappeared every time and usually were gone for quite some time. I do not know if it works for humans, but most things that work for dogs do.
